I am now researching 3 names in all, which the first one started back in the early 1990s when it was found out that my then father-in-law had cancer and sadly he passed away in the June of 1995, so my research has grown from there.

Linge name which was the first name I started to research, and this name is registered as a study with the Guild of One Name Studies.

Cole name I started in early 2000 when it was obvious my dad would not last very long, this research is based around the south of England in Hampshire and Wiltshire area were my Dad grew up.

Rose which is my current wife maiden name, this research started when it was found out that my wife knew very little about her dad as he was very private man and he also died back in 1985, this research is based around Morayshire, and the highlands of Scotland
